No. Substrait isn’t a CRM and has no intention of becoming one. It runs inside the Sierra Interactive account your team already logs into. Everything it does lands on the records your agents already work. You keep Sierra, your IDX site, your lead sources and your workflows.
Will my leads know it is AI?
Substrait writes like a careful team member. Short and specific, grounded in that lead’s actual history. Paced like a person typing. It goes out under your agent’s name, from your office’s own number. Never as a named AI character. It doesn’t claim to be something it isn’t. The moment a conversation deserves a real person, it hands off to one.
What happens when a lead replies?
Substrait reads the reply against the whole record and decides the next move. It doesn’t fire the next step in a drip. If it’s a question it can answer, it answers. If it’s a signal that a person is needed, it hands off to your agent and stops texting. That means an appointment request, a question about a specific home, a timeline, a complaint. If your agent texts or calls first, Substrait yields immediately. It switches to support work: notes, tasks and record updates.
Do I have to move my data?
No. There’s no migration, no import, no export. Substrait connects to your existing Sierra Interactive account. It works the people already in it. Nothing is copied into a second database. There’s no second inbox for your team to check.
Does it use my Sierra listings and site activity?
Yes. It reads the behavior events Sierra records: property views, saved homes and site logins. It can also resolve an anonymous visitor on your site back to the right lead. When a listing link is the right answer, it sends a live filtered search. That search is built from your own Sierra IDX site. Not a screenshot, and not a static list that goes stale.
Does it work my past clients too?
Yes. Encore is the past client and sphere system, and it is in every plan. It works the people you already sold inside the same Sierra Interactive account. Dated tasks land on the agent who owns that client: the home anniversary, the birthday, a review ask right after a closing and a settle-in check about a week later. After a closing it moves that client into your Past Client stage. Every enrolled past client gets a market update page under your own brand. It never texts a past client first.
