Each tool does a slice.
Substrait does it all.

The 1-second takeaway

CRM-native flexibility vs. Ecosystem lock-in

SubstraitAI Your CRM
CRM-native, fully autonomous engine

Texting that runs inside the CRM you already use, sent from your own numbers. No migration, no drafts to babysit, no ad faucet to feed.

Text Email Autonomous
Platform migration
Ecosystem lock-in

Their AI lives on their platform. Adopting it means moving your database onto their rails, and Felix isn’t included; it’s a paid add-on on top of it.

It also runs alongside the CRM your team already works in, so the AI acts on a second copy of your database rather than the records your agents touch every day.

vs
Where we pull ahead

Where Substrait pulls ahead of Fello (Felix).

01 Zero migration

Plugs directly into your existing Sierra/FUB setup, no new database required.

02 The value update is yours

Fello mails a home value estimate from a company. The Encore market page carries the brand of the agent who sold the house. It never says cash offer.

03 The engine is the product

Reactivation, speed-to-lead, and live listings-link delivery are included. With Fello you buy the database product first, then pay for Felix on top of it.

04 Cheaper at every size

Substrait is $179/mo for 5,000 contacts and $329 up to 15,000, with the AI included. Fello gates Felix behind a $499 subscription for 3,000 active contacts, plus $50/mo for every additional 1,000.

05 No synthetic voice

Felix calls your leads with a voice engineered to be mistaken for a human, down to the deliberate pauses and hesitations. Substrait writes; it doesn’t perform.

06 The call belongs to your agent

We don’t think it’s an AI’s job to hold a phone conversation pretending to be a realtor. Your agent takes that call, when the lead is ready for it.

07 Sounds like your team

Every message is tuned to your agents’ voice. Fello puts a named AI, Felix, in front of your leads instead of your agents.

08 Your numbers, no handoff

Messages go out from your team’s own numbers, on your behalf. No warm transfer, no bridge call, no moment of unmasking.

09 No second platform to run

Substrait operates entirely inside your CRM. Felix runs on Fello’s own platform and Living Database, which you manage alongside the CRM your team already works in.

10 Leaving is a button

Cancel in the product, any time, without talking to anyone. Your notice is the timestamp on your click, not an email someone has to answer. On annual, notice near your renewal stops the renewal; it can never roll you into another year.

In fairness

Credit where it’s due.

No tool here is useless. This is the one thing Fello genuinely gets right, stated plainly.

Genuine strength

Their Living Database enrichment is genuinely good: property, mortgage, and contact signals. They were early to the idea that the opportunity is already sitting in the database you own.

The verdict

Fello wants to be your database. Substrait works the one you already own.

The common thread

Whoever you line us up against, the same three things decide it.

Strip away the logos and three questions decide it.

It lives in your CRM

Substrait runs inside Sierra Interactive, Follow Up Boss or GoHighLevel. No migration, no new database, nothing ripped out. We're not trying to become your system, which is why we can plug into anybody's.

It closes, it does not just qualify

Full autonomous conversations by text: reactivating cold leads, delivering live filtered listing links, and handing you a warm thread, not a draft to approve.

We do not earn more by sending more

Most of this category bills per message, per lead, or against your ad spend. They earn more the more your database gets touched. We're flat fee every month.

Questions

Questions buyers actually ask.

Straight answers, the way the product talks.

Do I have to leave my current CRM?
No. Substrait runs inside Sierra Interactive or Follow Up Boss. You keep your database, your website, and your workflows, Substrait just works the leads that are already in there.
How is this different from the AI already built into my CRM?
Most built-in AI drafts a reply or triages a fresh inbound lead, then waits on you. Substrait holds full conversations on its own, reactivates cold and dormant contacts, and sends live filtered listing links, by text, and only hands off once a lead is warm.
We already run Ylopo or another lead source. Does this replace it?
No, it complements it. Ad platforms generate new leads; Substrait converts the pipeline you already have. Plenty of teams run both, an ad tool up top and Substrait working the whole database underneath.
What about the clients I already sold?
Encore works them, and it is in every plan. It finds past clients from your closed deals and enrolls them. Tag anyone it missed. Dated tasks land on the agent who owns that client: home anniversaries, birthdays, a review ask after a closing and a settle-in check. Every enrolled past client gets a branded market update page. It never texts a past client first.
How is it priced?
One flat monthly rate. No per-lead billing, no per-message fees, no ad-spend tax, and no core features locked behind a higher tier. See the pricing page for the current tiers.
