Structurely answers an inbound lead, qualifies them, and flags the thread for an agent. That is a real job and they invented it.
Substrait does not stop there. It re-engages dormant contacts on its own, answers, sends listing links, and is still working that lead months later.
Nine differences that decide it.
| Substrait | Aisa (Structurely) | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is built for | Working a lead for months | Qualifying an inbound lead |
| Who starts the conversation | Either. It wakes cold contacts up | Built around the lead writing first |
| After the handoff | It keeps going | The agent takes it from there |
| Listing links in the thread | Live and filtered | Not what it is for |
| Who the lead hears from | Your agent, by name | Aisa, a fixed persona |
| Base price | $179 to $1,079 by database size | $499 or $999 a month |
| Per-message cost | None | $0.08 or $0.06 per action credit |
| Onboarding fee | None | $2,000 or $2,500 one time |
| Past clients and your sphere | Encore™. Anniversaries, birthdays, your own market page | Not offered |
Structurely figures come from their own pricing page, read 29 August 2026: Team at $499 a month with $0.08 credits and $2,000 onboarding, Company at $999 with $0.06 credits and $2,500. All plans are annual contracts, with month to month available at a 20 percent premium. Substrait prices are the founding-member rate.
What each one actually is.
Structurely is the original AI ISA. Aisa answers a new inbound lead, works out whether they are real, and flags the thread for an agent to take over. It is built around the lead writing first. Billing is a monthly base plus action credits, so what you pay moves with how much the AI does. Every plan carries a one-time onboarding fee and an annual term.
Substrait is an AI ISA that runs inside your existing CRM account. It answers inbound, and it also wakes up contacts nobody has touched in a year and keeps working them. It sends from your office’s own number in your agent’s name, delivers live listing links in the thread, and bills one flat rate however many messages go out.
One flat rate against a base plus credits.
Both publish. The difference is the shape: ours does not move with usage, and theirs is designed to.
| What you pay | Substrait | Aisa (Structurely) |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly base | $179 up to 5,000 contacts | $499 Team / $999 Company |
| Cost per message | Nothing | $0.08 Team / $0.06 Company |
| One-time onboarding | Nothing | $2,000 Team / $2,500 Company |
| Contract | Cancel in the product, 30 days | Annual, or 20 percent more month to month |
| First year at 5,000 contacts | $2,148 | $7,988 before any credits |
That last row is base plus onboarding only. Credits are extra and they scale with how hard the AI works, which is the opposite of what you want from a tool whose job is to send more messages, not fewer. Substrait sends as many as the guardrails allow at the same price.
Three questions worth answering first.
They were first and they were right about the problem. The question is how much of the job you want done.
Aisa qualifies a new lead and flags it for an agent. What happens over the next year is somebody else’s problem.
Substrait keeps nurturing, answering and re-engaging that same contact for as long as it takes. The handoff is a moment in the thread, not the end of it.
Structurely is built around the lead writing in. It is very good at answering.
Substrait starts conversations on purpose with contacts who went quiet months ago. Most of the money in a brokerage database is sitting in people who are not writing to you.
Action credits mean a busier month costs more. That is a defensible model and it is honest about what it charges for.
Ours does not move. One flat rate for your database size, whatever the engine sends, so nobody is doing arithmetic before turning it up.
What Structurely gets right.
They are the original. They were running patient, months-long text follow-up before this category had a name, and the rest of us are working in a space they defined.
They were right about the core thing. Follow-up has to outlast the agent’s attention span. That is the whole insight and they had it first.
Their inbound answering is excellent. If your problem is that new leads sit unanswered for hours, Aisa fixes that, and it has been fixing it longer than we have existed.
And they publish real numbers. Base, credit rate and onboarding fee, all on the page. We would rather compete with that than with a quote form.
