Product update · September 12, 2026

Encore is live.

The fourth job. Substrait already answers new leads, handles the nurture and works the old ones. Now it keeps you in front of the people who already bought from you.

The repeat and referral deals from every client you already know.

4 jobs, and the fourth is new
  1. New leads answered.
  2. Nurture handled.
  3. Old leads scoured.
  4. Past clients and your sphere kept warm.
What shipped

Reasons to reach out, handed to you on the day.

Encore watches the dates nobody watches. When one comes around it puts the work on your desk, in the CRM you already use.

Four kinds of reminder

A home anniversary every year on the day they closed. A birthday, three days early. A review ask while the closing is still fresh. A settle-in check about a week after the keys change hands.

Your own market update page

Every enrolled client has a page under your brand. A value range where we have one, the month’s numbers in their zip code, where the market is heading, today’s rate, and your card at the bottom.

The right agent, not just the owner

On a team, the task goes to the agent who owns that client. The relationship is theirs, so the reminder is theirs.

The whole story

What Encore reads, what the page looks like, and the questions people ask are all on the Encore page.

What Encore never does

Your past clients hear from you.

This is the part we care most about, so it is written down rather than left to a setting.

It never texts a past client first

Substrait texts new leads and cold leads. It does not open a text thread with somebody who already bought a house from you. That first move belongs to the agent. Encore makes sure the agent knows to make it.

It sends no email until you turn it on

Encore raises tasks from the day you switch it on. Email to a past client is a separate switch, and it is yours to flip.

It never pitches a cash offer

The market page is a read on the market from you. It is not a lead magnet wearing your logo, and it never asks for the house.

Turning it on

One screen, one choice.

Encore reads the stages you already keep. Nothing new to build, nothing to import, no second list to maintain.

Step 01

Open Settings

Sign in and go to Settings, then Lead stages. It is the same screen you set the rest of the engine on.

Step 02

Point your stages at Encore

Map the stages you use for past clients and your sphere to Encore. That is the whole switch.

Step 03

Leave everything else alone

Your other stages keep doing what they did yesterday. Nothing about your new leads changes.

Encore runs on Sierra Interactive and Follow Up Boss today. GoHighLevel is next. If you are on something else, tell us, and you become the reason we build it.

New leads. Old leads. Every lead. And now the ones you already sold.

Encore is included in every plan. Turn it on in Settings, under Lead stages.
